Founder & CEO of PrologueGuest Management & Event OperationsEntrepreneurGlobal Event Professional
I’m Luisa Raoueche, Founder & CEO of Prologue, a guest management and event logistics agency working across the Gulf. The idea was born in Doha; the company began in the UAE.
My career in events started in London in 2013. A year later, I moved to the Gulf, and that move shaped almost everything that came next.
Since then, I’ve worked behind government summits, global sporting events, cultural openings and luxury experiences across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and beyond. From Doha Forum, WISE and WISH, to the opening of the National Museum of Qatar, Andrea Bocelli in AlUla, Expo 2020, and Louis Vuitton during the FIFA World Cup.
Somewhere along the way, I found my space within the industry: everything that happens around the guest.
The invitations before anyone arrives. The RSVP. The airport welcome. The hotel. The car waiting outside. Registration and accreditation. Protocol. VIPs. The hundreds of details happening behind the scenes that, when done properly, nobody notices.
Guest management and event logistics became my world.
After the World Cup, I knew it was time to build the company I had imagined for years. In 2023, I founded Prologue.
Today, Prologue works across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and has taken us as far as Japan, supporting the Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. In 2025, we were awarded Gold – Rising Star at the Eventex Awards.
My education has always been part of the journey too. I studied English Literature in Lisbon and Bristol, followed by a postgraduate degree in Publishing at Oxford Brookes, and continued learning while building my career — from Exhibition Management with UFI to Protocol at Georgetown.
I’ve built my career across countries, cultures and industries. I’ve learned by studying, travelling, doing, getting things wrong, figuring things out and constantly asking myself what could be done better.
And I’m nowhere near finished.
Prologue was never the end goal. It was the beginning of everything I want to build next.

projects since 2013, year by year. Open any one to see my role, who I worked through and what I did.
I've always wanted to understand more than just my own job. It's how guest management found me.
The part of events I care about most is the people.
The name Prologue had been with me since 2014.
I always said I’d build it after the World Cup.
When the World Cup ended, I left the place I had called home for almost a decade and moved to the UAE. It felt like the end of one chapter — and the beginning of another.
In 2023, I did it. Prologue was born.
